Pavement Criminals
More pavement criminals, here at the junction of Ashley Road and Cheltenham Road. Two threats to pedestrians blocking the pavement while they wait to cross the road -"safely" they say.
The Evening Post says we must stop such things. If this mother wants to cross the road safely with her child, she should drive. It is the safest way across this busy junction, and she should show everyone how much she cares.
