SmartCars can park in ways normal cars caren't. Here the Smartie WN58KEJ is only taking up half the yellow-line space in this junction off Cotham Hill
It's only half blocking people crossing the road, and not reducing visibility or access for turning cars as much. If it were to get ticketed, its fine should be reduced.
