Double Decker Parking

Here we see an interesting image. Is the Subaru WJ51ZSY actually a 6x4? Or did there used to be another vehicle on top? Stolen, with just the chassis and wheels left. We'll never know.

But it is lucky that the top set of wheels are there, because the careful parking on a 'safer routes to school' route ensures that every adult head that hits a wheel is protected by a soft rubber tyre. Which is nice.

Another up-side is that children escape Scot free because by carefully parking half on the pavement, the wheels are elevated above even the tallest child's head. If they go to the primary school.
