An early warning that Saturday May 2 is the Annual "walk like a tree" festival, which is really some form of pub crawl, just one with the participants dressed as vegetation.
It starts at the Arnolfini, goes up St Michael's Hill, pops into the Highbury Vaults pub then drops to Kingsdown, that area we've long suspected has practised pagan rituals on the solstices. A mayday event probably ends with something dark.
