Pedestrians holding up traffic

These cars are having their journey through Cobourg Road, Montpelier held up by a selfish pedestrian.
The tax-dodging walker is happily strolling down the pavement, ignoring the fact that the only way to get down this road by car is to drive with two wheels on the aforementioned pavement. Because the pedestrian is uncaringly occupying the same space, the cars are forced to crawl along at his speed.

  1. Wow! No broken wing mirrors on the parked cars either. Unusual on Cobourg Road.

  2. That wouldn't happen in the States: the pedestrian would be pinned against the wall, and the driver would go an extra 15 kph faster just to make a point.
