Broad Street isn't, very



which leads me to wonder why this modest example of the People's Car that's close on half the width of the road isn't at least partially on the pavement.

Still, it does prove that it's not just Range Rovers that are immune to any implicit dangers of parking on double yellow lines. You could argue I suppose, a driver being within the car, that WP57CBX is waiting. With the engine switched off no doubt to minimise its carbon footprint.
