Insensitive Bike Parking

Notice how there is a bicycle parked on the railings here in Royal York Crescent Clifton, where any passing pedestrian could bang into it, behind cars BG08FYR and CP54PLZ.

This thoughtless blocking of pedestrian access is precisely why bicycling should not be encouraged.

    How thoughtful of the council to provide this deluxe parking area with bollards to protect the 2 cars from passing vehicles.

    Yes, this buildout is the safest place in this road to park your car, as it is the least likely to be scraped by any passing vehicles.
