When the Kingsdown CPZ/RPZ gets rolled out, what will happen to cars like this one T612JCV?

(a) Commuter cars like this will no longer be able to park on the pavement over double yellow lines within the zone.
(b) Resident cars like this will no longer be forced to park on the pavement over double yellow lines within the zone due to commuters taking all the legal parking spaces.
(c) It being a Saturday, anyone will be able to park on the pavement over double yellow lines within the zone.
