Lock it or Lose it

It's all very well chaining your bike to a Sheffield stand. Even if you lock both wheels and the frame to it. In fact it's essential in certain parts of this city, especially if you want to party the night away in the People's Republic. 

But what happens when the stand gets half-inched along with the Bike? 

Surely this is pavement parking at its very worst.
