The trouble with diverting traffic, is that there's no way of telling where it will end up.

This is a pity for the new residents of this recently sold-off and refurbished Alms House complex in Colston Avenue (which has no parking provision).

The lost car may very well be occupying one of their new guerrilla parking spaces.
