We are hoping that our solutions to EU traffic problems will get picked up, and so are pleased to see this pic of a SmartCar variant on the streets of Amsterdam.

Picking on the disabled now? (I kid :-)
It's called a 'Canta', and is for people with restricted mobility. No licence required, and you can use bike lanes. Basically a glorified wheel chair, but you can fit five (very friendly) people in it.
...or, apparently, two very large white cats. Gosh.
