Trailer Park

When engaging in lazy and illegal parking, use a trailer for added effect. Leave it sticking out into the road and have hours of fun watching cyclists dodging cars who can't see around your neatly crafted blind spot. Makes city life so much more exciting!.

But doesn't obscuring the sight lines at a junction count as 'traffic calming'?

James Surowiecki recently wrote a book called 'the wisdom of crowds', arguing that the mass of individual decisions showed more 'intelligent design' than the decisions of planners.

Could the way that tens of thousands of motorists are promoting shared use (by parking on pavements), traffic calming (as above) and traffic restraint (congestion) be an example of this?
