This car may actually be planning to get into the school grounds; it is lined up right

Therefore, it is not technically "parked"; the "show you care, park elsewhere" sign does not apply

The record is 10 cars parked in a row, in the middle of the street.

There's usually some high speed reversing (20mph) in the morning
{always the same blue renault}
