Only last week, we saw a blue honda receiving some criticism from a Kingsdown local, who was upset that they were parking on the keep clear bit of Somerset street.


Two days later we can measure the effect of such a note. Here the car R462BAE is no longer parking in the Keep Clear area; it is in Fremantle Square instead. Thus it is no longer "causing great inconvenience and is a hazard to builders trucks and other's vehicles." Well, not in Somerset street, anyway.
